How far in advance can we book a setup?

We recommend that you book your setup at least 30 days in advance. 
In the event of a time constraint, a rush fee may be incurred.

Cancellation policy

We strive to be flexible and accommodating. 
We may reschedule your booking as our availability permits. Please notify us of your desired rescheduling date at least 30 days in advance of the original event date.

Cancellations must be submitted via written notice before 30 days of the event date. All payments are final.
